САНКТ-ПЕТЕРБУРГ, 11 февраля 2022, 16:21 — REGNUM Полицейские Санкт-Петербурга задержали группу подозреваемых в организации незаконной постановки иностранцев на миграционный учет. Их преступными услугами воспользовались более 14 тыс. мигрантов. Об этом 11 февраля сообщила официальный представитель МВД России Ирина Волк.

По предварительным данным, криминальный бизнес существовал с мая 2018 года. Организованная группа состояла из пяти человек, среди которых — гражданин одной из стран дальнего зарубежья. Как считают в полиции, злоумышленники находили в Санкт-Петербурге как вновь прибывших, так и уже проживающих в городе иностранцев и за денежное вознаграждение предлагали им оформить документы, необходимые для постановки на миграционный учет.
«Их убеждали, что всё будет сделано в рамках закона, однако на самом деле в подразделения по вопросам миграции подавались документы с заведомо ложными сведениями о принимающей стороне, месте работы и пребывания. Для этого оформлялись фиктивные уведомления и трудовые договоры с фирмами-однодневками, которые на самом деле никакой деятельности не осуществляли», — пояснила Волк.
По данным следствия, криминальными услугами участников организованной группы воспользовалось более 14 тыс. иностранных граждан. Следователями ГСУ ГУ МВД России по Санкт-Петербургу и Ленинградской области возбуждено уголовное дело по части 2 статьи 322.1 УК РФ («Организация незаконной миграции»).
Уже проведены обыски и задержаны подозреваемые. Двоим из них избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу, двоим — в виде запрета определенных действий и одной — в виде подписки о невыезде и надлежащем поведении.
